The ZWILLING ENFINIGY filter coffee machine contains the result of our many years of know-how in steel processing: the high-quality high-temperature boiler. On the one hand, with a constant brewing temperature of 92 to 96°C, it ensures optimal preparation and a full-bodied coffee aroma. On the other hand, the inner part made of stainless steel is very corrosion-resistant and therefore particularly durable.

For an even more aromatic coffee, the coffee machine, which fits size 4 coffee filters, has a blooming function. This was inspired by the preparation with the hand filter and first brews the coffee powder with just a little water. This gives the coffee a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. There is also a removable aroma funnel in the coffee machine, which ensures that the brewed coffee in the carafe is well mixed. So no bitter sediment can form. The separate heating plate keeps your coffee warm for up to 40 minutes with its warming function. This is particularly useful if you make a little more coffee again. The coffee maker's extra-large water tank has a capacity of 1.5 liters. With the timer function you can program the start time of the machine - for example, to wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee.

But not only you will love our coffee machine, the coffee specialists of the Specialty Coffee Association are also convinced of it. Because the machine meets its high requirements, which include the optimal brewing time and temperature, it was awarded the SCA "Certified Home Brewer" award.
